  • Homeowner(s) with a 2nd property they must not occupy
  • Rental property must be let with an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement in place
  • Property can be let as a single family dwelling, but no HMO’s, students, DSS tenants, housing association, council
  • Limited company or limited liability applications are not acceptable
  • All deposit’s paid by tenants must be covered under a Government authorised tenancy deposit scheme
  • Certificates must be shown for approval of Gas & Electricity standards
  • Minimum property valuation of £70,000
  • Maximum property valuation acceptable is £6 million
  • Property must be located in England, Wales or Scotland
  • Minimum age of youngest homeowner is 55, maximum age of 90
  • Minimum loan of £10,000, maximum £750,000 (ask for details if higher)
